AttestExpress provides document attestation, apostille, translation, and related document services in the UAE. Our services include doorstep document collection and delivery within Dubai.

2. Service Scope

Processing times are estimates based on standard government office timelines and may vary due to factors outside our control (embassy closures, government holidays, additional verification requirements). We will communicate any delays promptly.

3. Document Responsibility

While your documents are in our possession, we take full responsibility for their safe handling. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for document loss or damage during processing. You are responsible for providing authentic, original documents.

4. Payment

Service fees are quoted upfront before work begins. Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of booking. There are no hidden fees — all costs are disclosed before you confirm the service.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your service request at any time before documents are submitted to government authorities. Once submitted, processing fees paid to government bodies are non-refundable. Our service fees may be partially refundable depending on the stage of processing.

6. Limitation of Liability

AttestExpress acts as a professional service intermediary between you and government authorities. We are not responsible for: government processing delays, changes in government policies or requirements, or document rejection due to issues with the original documents.
